With the State National Bank of Texas Visa Debit Card you get more than
just an ATM card. We offer our customers the convenience of the VISA
Debit Card. This card can be used like a check anywhere in the world
that VISA is accepted. This is not a credit card and transactions are
deducted directly from your checking account with no finance charges.
It also can be used as an ATM card at thousands of locations. Contact

SAFEGUARDS FOR PROTECTING YOURSELF FROM IDENTITY THEFT OR OTHER FRAUD
At State National Bank of Texas we are committed to protecting our
customers from the fastest-growing crime in the United States. Identity
theft – or fraud – occurs when someone uses your personal information
without your permission to make illegal purchases, withdrawals, or open
accounts. Below are recommendations to reduce your risk of becoming a
victim of fraud with your debit card.
| • | Protect the secrecy of your personal identification number (PIN). |
| • | Do not tell anyone your PIN. |
| • | Whenever possible do not use your PIN when making a point-of-sale transaction. |
| • | Do not give anyone information regarding your VISA Debit Card over the phone, if you did not initiate the conversation or are unfamiliar with the caller. |
| • | Do not write your PIN where it can be discovered, for example, do not keep a note of your pin in your wallet or purse. |
| • | Do not give out your VISA Debit Card number, or personal information, on any web sites that don’t use encryption or other secure methods to protect it. |
| • | Do not give any of your personal information in response to an unsolicited e-mail claiming to be from your financial institution or other credible source. |
